This exhibition explores the majestic beauty of the Kimberley as documented during Jacinda Bayne's tenure as artist in residence aboard the luxurious cruise vessel ‘The True North.’ Whilst journeying gently along the Kimberly coast, Jacinda compiled copious sketches, notes and preparatory drawings documenting the rugged splendor of our far north. Colour, composition and form are the trademarks of her semi abstract paintings, where paint streams merge harmoniously in a viscous interweaving of bold hues.
