Min-Woo Bang works in the genre of romantic landscape painting. His exhibition, Natural World, invites emotional response and engagement through mysterious viewpoints and shifting perspectives. These landscapes are of no one place in particular; rather, they evoke a sense of time passing and memory. “I love clouds for their form, movement, gesture, colour and abstraction,” says Min-Woo Bang. The artist is a past finalist in the Wynne Prize and other significant art prizes. Born in Seoul and now based in Sydney, he qualified from the National Art School and Sydney College of the Arts.
