11 FEBRUARY - 5 MARCH 2017, SUBIACO. Landscapes pairs Perceval and Grace, two renowned artists who portray landscape through their very individual eyes. Last Spring, Celia Perceval traveled from the Stirling Ranges through Payne’s Find and Yalgoo to record the phenomenal wildflower season, capturing the rhythm and sound of the bush through her heavily textured and expressive paintings. A member of the famous Perceval art dynasty, she is the daughter of the late Lady Mary Nolan (nee Boyd) and the late John Perceval and is highly regarded whose work is of great interest to collectors. Glass artist Holly Grace sees the organic forms and subtle tonal variations in nature as the starting point for her original blown and etched creations. Aware of nature’s beautiful but harsh reality, she combines landscape with digital technology and traditional techniques to create unique works of extraordinary beauty. Grace is represented in major collections nationally and internationally.
