Hayley Welsh’s art practice is centred around a philosophy
of ‘making the most of things’, an attitude by which she lives
her life. Utilizing found objects as her canvas, Welsh creates
whimsical new worlds with surreal wide-eyed characters as
our guides.
Following Welsh’s latest project, traveling across the US from
San Francisco to New York in a converted school bus,
collecting found objects and creating artwork along the way,
we showcase her New York show Little Voices, here in Perth.
