Ambrosia II is a body of work to awaken the senses. Watson works on her pastoral idylls accompanied by favourite music and soon a narrative reveals itself. Nasturtiums tumbling unrestrained over rocks, roses metaphorically turning their heads away to share secrets, or lemons picked and gathered in a linen skirt to create a distinctive perfume. Ambrosia II is the romantic notion full of delight, that creates a wonderful escape from reality.
