2 - 19 JUNE, PERTH CITY - Intangibles, of mood, essence, light or other factors frequently
encapsulate the ethos of the visual arts and so it is in Casting Light, a
joint exhibition of work by three West Australian-based artists. Linked
through a wish to communicate decay and renewal, mood and colour
shifts, or the effects of the half light known as dusk and dawn in which
the physical world can be seen to flatten and lose distinction, each
responds with personal spells woven with paint, paper or artefact.
