Alan Muller’s selected paintings from the last ten years and new river drawings depict the Derbarl Yerrigan Swan River as the physical, historic and spiritual heart of Perth, before English settlement in 1829. ‘Through millennia the Whadjuk Noongar people skillfully and pragmatically managed their ancestral lands, the Perth coastal plain as a vast and beautiful estate.
