I particularly value collaboration with artists and artisans working in different media. The “Venice Reflection” exhibition, a collaboration of 3 artists around their venetian experience ticks all the boxes and allows me to enter the magic world of contemporary and antique Venetian glass beads.
In addition to glass beads, shells, seeds, stones, terra cotta and textiles are integrated into my pieces, all timeless elements that have been used in jewellery in all cultures and all over the world.
Working in the atelier with such diverse material is a way to travel through time and space, tracing connections between people, places, and memories.
