Kerry Stokes

Kerry Stokes is considered one of Western Australia’s finest artists.

Her architectonic drawings compliment highly textured, abstract canvasses, providing an outstanding insight into the range and abilities of a talented and sensitive artist who was driven to grapple with ever-fresh challenges in her very original art practice.

Kerry’s work is held in significant private collections around Australia and internationally, as well as in notable public collections including the Art Gallery of Western Australia and Perth Technical College.

A highly regarded Western Australian artist who passed away suddenly in 2009 from an asthma attack, the Directors of Linton and Kay Fine Art salute Kerry Stokes’ significant contribution to the visual arts.
