Murals designed and painted by Cale can be found throughout the metropolitan
area, and his domestic-friendly paintings are increasingly sought after by private
collectors. After working in an art supplies company Cale worked for 20 years in the
skateboard industry, creating graphics for apparel and skateboards. He is still the go-
to muralist for skate shops and skateparks.
Cale’s passions for traditional sign painting, pin-striping, quirky retro graphic design, comic and old magazine illustration have been combined to form the base for his
distinctive ‘low-brow’ Pop Art style. He is a member of an international street art
collective, where he stands apart with his focus on adventurous, bold painted murals
with a nod to yesteryear.
