With a career spanning over 35 years, Brett Canét-Gibson is a seasoned image maker, writer, musician, and communicator in photography, graphic design and visual arts. He has worked extensively in the print media, design and entertainment industries, and has received international, national and local portrait and editorial awards.
Canét-Gibson has been exhibited in major international photographic competitions in France, USA, UK, Malaysia, India, The Netherlands and Australia. His work is on display in the Western Australian Museum Boola Bardip and included in the State Library’s Permanent Archives Pictorial Collection, which aims to cover and preserve all aspects of WA’s history and stories.
Canét-Gibson’s work is held at the National Portrait Gallery Canberra, the Museum & Art Gallery of New Norcia, the Perc Tucker Gallery and in private collections.
