Untitled (Gravitate) brings together visual artist Al Poulet and ceramicist Ted Secombe in an exploration of form, balance and connection. Working in different mediums, both artists are drawn to the rhythms and structures found in the natural world. Through paint and porcelain, they investigate the tension between movement and stillness, creating works that invite reflection on the forces that draw us together.

“I find myself working in the early hours of the morning more and getting to appreciate it’s stimulating influence. A time to oneself, the gloaming makes way to an orchestra of sounds and crescendo of light as each new day dawns. It’s a positive time, mostly, one of peace. The day unfolds with shifts of light quality that I respond to. I take a deep breath and begin jotting a concept down, and get into the flow, expressing what words, can’t say. ” - Al Poulet, June 2026
