The Collectors Room will be officially opened on Friday 6 May 2011 by Sam Walsh AO, Rio Tinto Chief Executive Iron Ore and Australia.
The Collectors Room offers a viable alternative to selling and buying works by leading Australian and international artists on the secondary art market, and is a unique service specifically tailored to the collector concerned with quality and rarity.
The event will comprise the inaugural Masters Exhibition showcasing a range of important works from premier local and international artists including James Gleeson, Tim Storrier, Pablo Picasso and Robert Juniper.
