Robyn Rayner
My Surroundings form the initial inspiration for my work,
which are essentially observations of the world around me. I'm
interested in the experience of the landscape, a sense of place and
the comings and goings of everyday life.
I arrange and filter images combining sketches with memories
and often work spontaneously and intuitively. From my initial ideas,
my prints grow quite organically through the mark making processes.
I enjoy this journey and encourage it.
